Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

hi, I have suffered with migraines for a long period of time now and today it has ben really bad. i have tried allsorts of medication both prescribed and bought over the counter and nothing has helped. i was running through my hair with my hands not so longa go now and i came across a lump in front of my ear and up a bit. this is where the majorities of my migraines take place and i am really worried about it. what shall i do and what do you think it could be?
