Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You are a 60 years old female and are suffering from Migraine headache. Grenil F consists of Flunarizine and the drug is used for symptoms relief in migraine. It is not the definitive treatment. Now you have been advised to take Naproxen 500 which is also used for symptom relief. I would advise you to consult your doctor for proper treatment of migraine. Medicines like Amitryptiline, Sodium Valproate, Topiramate etc are commonly used in migraine. Drugs like Propranolol helps to reduce the recurrence. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs. Proper treatment will reduce the number and intensity of attacks.
Avoid tea, coffee, carbonated drinks for now.
Use sunglasses in sunlight. Have at least 7 hours of sleep. This will also reduce the frequency.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
