Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

The red sore spot in the oral cavity are suggestive of aphthous ulcer or canker soar, which is a very painful condition and it is precipitated by the spicy food and the stress.

The symptoms are in favor of the canker soar. I would suggest you to follow
1.Mouth gargle with Chlorhexidiene mouth wash, once in three hour
2.Vitamin B Complex
3.Topical Ulgel
4.Oral Analgesics.

These medications will reduce the symptoms and improve the condition.
Thank you.
