Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination

Mostly a vegetarian consuming eggs and occasionally non-vegetarian for long period of time. However, recently after having had chicken(suppose) there s been slight pain through duct by which urine passes from kidney while urinating. Please provide with prescription or curing measure. Also, there s been prolonged infection of crack heels for permanent relief or medication

Hi,

You have to investigate first with urine routine microscopic to rule out urinary tract infection. Cefixime like broad spectrum antibiotic should be prescribed for that. Avoid intake of excess spicy foods. Drink more water to make urine alkaline. Cranberry juice extract tablet also useful in such case.

For crack in heel, Whitfield ointment can be prescribed.
