Dear sir please help me,I had sex on Saturday with a hooker ,using a condom however on Sunday night a pain started at the tip of my penis whole,accompanied by small urine pain then the pain started to affect my entire penis urine tube, on Monday i went and got citro acid from the local pharmacy,plus Ciprofloxacin tablets USP 500 mg(ciprointa-500),as prescribed by the physician,i combined this with RISE UP anti bacterial liquid medicine that cleans body and boost immune system,but now when i wanna pee i cant tell whether im pressed or not,my bladder feels weird inside like irritation(similar to being pressed with pee only this time no pee or even having a numb bladder)plus wen i want to pee i cant tell i usually go to confirm myself by peeing small bits of colorless pee,sometimes without pain sometimes accompanied by tiny pain.Please tell me is this an STD,do i have HIV because the strange thing my only symptoms are a numb irritating bladder and penis tube irritation ,i cant tell whether its the drug or im suffering from something.Please help me im so worried at my age of 21 i don t know what to do anymore.I am willing to send you photos of all my medicine and scanning s of their prescriptions and contents via email,please help me.
