Hello I am a 22 year old male and for the past week or so I have been having this horrible pain underneath my eye. It comes and goes and only last for about a second when it happens. It is very sharp and very painful and makes my eye twitch. From what I have looked up I am pretty sure it is coming from the area under the eye where the sinus s are. I have tried pain killers and it doesn t help. What I am wondering is if this is anything bad or is it just sinus s acting up and what can I do to get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated :).
