Suggest Treatment For Ongoing Issue Of Foul Smelling Urintaion
My 10 year old daughter has had an ongoing issue for many years of extremely foul smelling urine. She has been seen by a urolgist and tested for reflux. She has had songrams but nothing has answered this. It is an ubearable smell. What can cause this? What should I do when I keep coming up without answers?

As per my clinical judgment, she is having a urinary tract infection which may be drug resistant. Ideal management with urine culture to cure, care of local hygiene and plenty of liquids will help recover fast.
