Hello, I am seventeen years old, a girl, 5 7, 140lbs and have no medical issues. Saturday evening I was playing a game and I basically got flung out of the circle and landed on the back of my head. I didn't black out and I only had a headache. Well Sunday my neck really hurt, and I took ibprofin through out the day and it still ached. Now it's monday and it still hurts. The pain is mostly in the front sides of my neck, but I did have a few knots in the back of my neck that I tried to rub out. The biggest thing that bothers me is if I turn my head very far or try and hold my head up at an angle (at that point I end up supporting my head with my hands) Should I be concerned or just take it easy and wait for it to get better? Thank you!
