My son has had an ongoing staph infection for almost went years. He recently started having nausea and he is always tired he is on keflex 250mg 4x day. The staph is a result from having a nuss bar placed in his chest and he is scheduled to have it taken out feb. 23rd. Should I be concerned about the nausea he is having all of a sudden

But antibiotics taken by you can cause nausea because of gastritis.
I advice you to take the pantoprazole tablet under your doctors guidance. This is anti acidity drug. Prevents acidity to you. Take this drug half an hour before the meal.
Avoid heavy eating at single. Instead you can eat small frequent diet.
Walk a while after a meal. This allows the food to go down in intestine lumen preventing reflux of food from stomach.
You can alternatively drink freeze cold milk to prevent acidity.
