Suggest Treatment For Narrowing Of Bladder Neck

Hi Dr. Chandan,

I am recently married and have no kid, I am suffering from narrowing of bladder neck. While urinating its very painful and flow is very poor. my doctor told me there is only solution is that BNI but due to side effect not going to go for BNI. Please let me know if there r any soluion...

* Alternative is urethral dilatation under general anesthesia which has
to be discussed with your urologist for the possibility according to
