Suggest Treatment For Multiple Cysts On Thyroid

I had a ultrasound done on my neck and they found lots of cysts on one side of my thyroid. What is the usual treatment for that? Also, I get a cramped up feeling in my neck (similar to a before you vomit feeling) but it s on and off all day, this has been going on for two weeks. No strep, possibly Indagestion causing throat scratchyness and spasms?
