Suggest Treatment For Migraine

Hello and I have migraines and since Midrin has been removed, what is the next best thing to take. I have taken several different meds for this, but Midrin was the only thing that helped and I have been out of the medical field for a few years and have not kept up on the new ones out there.

We understand your concern.

Migraine is a very painful condition. It is characterized by unilateral or bilateral headache associated with nausea, vomiting, blurring of vision etc.It is usually precipitated by increased stress level, sun exposure, increased caffeine intake, decreased sleep.Try to identify the precipitating factor to your headache so that you can avoid it.

If you are having occasional episode use tab.Naxdom 250 - 500 mg once on sos basis. If the frequency is high you will need prophylactic medications. You can take Tab.Flunarizine 10 mg once daily.
