Suggest Treatment For Macular Degeneration

Hello, my mom. has macular degeneration. She has been treated for the past few years and is doing okay. My question is can she use Vigamoxi? Yesterday she started to feel like there was something in her right eye and today she has big inflammation and watery eye. Her doctor won t. See her until Tuesday. Is it safe to use Vigamoxi in the mean time?

Hello and thank you for your question.
Vigamox is an antibiotic eye drop. If she feels that she has an infection in her eye then it would be fine to use the vigamox until she can see her doctor as long as she has no allergies to the medication.
