Suggest Treatment For Jaw Pain Due To Bruxism

hello, my husband has had jaw/neck/head pain for over 2 years now, he has been to see a number of specialists etc and finally know why he is getting the pain. he grinds his teeth which inflames the muscles and causes constant pain. he is soon to start seeing a psycho therapist in the hopes he can stop grinding his teeth, but he is in so much pain he cant concentrate and needs something physical to help. his doctor also treats my husbands father who unfortunatley is a bit of a hypochondriac, and we feel his doctor views my husband in the same way. do you have any advise of who my husband can see to get the right tests to get the help he needs? he has a mouth guard to protect his teeth, and he has been given exercises to help his posture. he takes amotriptoline which makes the nights just bareable for him. but he is at breaking point, and we need advise of where to go for help.
