Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Punctum

I think I have an inflamed punctum. No obvious redness, some foreign body sensation, mild pain. I ve been doing hot compresses, recently tried a bit of Dial soap of all things (which seemed to help!). It s the upper one, and only in one eye. I can see that the opening of the gland is dilated. Any ideas besides hot compresses. As I mentioned, the Dial seems to have helped.
