Suggest Treatment For Infection In Forearm

Some years ago I had a mold starting to form on my right forearm. I decided to remove it by physically grabbing/yanking it off. Naturally, it bled some then stopped. After some months, I noticed it was coming back and repeated the removal process. Each time, the area kept getting a bit larger until I decided to let it be. Since then, the area forms a crust, leaks puss and bleeds when picked at. This area is raised from the area around it and is now the size of a quarter. I have tried all kinds of antibodics, alcohol, with and without a bandage, etc... What do you think? and I have not had any medical person look at it.
