I appreciate your concern but you did not mentioned the report of thyroid function, because without this it may not be possible to suggest any treatment, one more thing if this is just your doubt and not diagnosed by physician so better to get done the clinical examination perhaps this is not the thyroid disease, even you have not mentioned other symptoms related with thyroid disease, take care and your further query would be answered.
