Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Migraines And Lower Abdominal Pain

I'm an 18 yo female. I've been getting really bad headaches..migraines maybe and it is like a stabbing pain in one concentrated area and it really puts me off focus and feeling miserable for the rest of the day..also recently developed a blunt pain in my lower abdomen which shifts from right to left.. at first I thought it may be appendicitis but it isn't always on my right side.. It doesn't necessarily hurt when I go to the toilet but it hurts in between my left and right side..near around where period cramps would be.. any advice would be helpful, thanks.
