Suggest Treatment For Headache Post A Head Injury

So a few weeks ago i hit my head pretty hard and i was seeing stars and had a really bad headache, then after a few weeks to now im still having way more headaches than usual and they are way worse. Plus my eyes are now really sensitive to bright lights and my ears to loud sounds. Do think this is severe maybe a concussion?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If the pain persist for more than two days following the trauma, it is better to take a CT scan to look for any intracranial bleed or cerebral concussions. As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
