Suggest Treatment For Headache , Migraine And Anxiety Disorder

i am 50 years old and a law professional. Of late I am getting frequent headaches which starts from the time i become awake and lasts for hours. Pain killers are of little help. I have noticed the pain recurring every 10-12 days gap with an uneventful interval in between. I have to bear the pain which is like a steel band around my head. Some times the muscles around my eyes are painful that shifting my eyes also becomes too painful. I am unable to concentrate on work and gets irritated at fumes, smells and sound. When i consulted the doctor (physician) he opined that it is migraine coupled with tension and anxiety and initially gave me Gabantip AT (100 mg) one every night for 10 days. But on the 10 th day of taking tabs the pain recurred with lesser intensity. I went to the doctor who asked me to stop the said tab and has now given me ciplar 40 mg half a tab in the morning and half in the night. Also he advised me to take Dicorate ER 250 one tab at night. He told me if i get difficulty in breathing or heaviness in the chest I am to discontinue. I took the tabs (half of ciplar 40 and one Dicorate ER 250) at night and I had difficulty in breathing and heaviness in the chest during the night, which made my sleep a disturbed one. Why is it so? should I discontinue dicorate?
