i have had a headach for 2weeks now and in the last few days i hace fainted twice. last night everthing went black my head started spinning and it felt like someone was holding me down and i couldnt move went that stop my heart was racing then in slowed down to 50 beats a minute i knew that it went black because my light was still on it was really scary

1. ECG
2. BP
3. Sugar
Start medicines Dompan Tablet for 5 days and Tryptomer 10 mg for 15 days and review with report.
