Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

I got hit in the head with a bottle bouncing. The bottle broke on my head and we got the bleeding stopped. Cut didn't require stitches. It's been five days and the cut is pretty much healed except scabbing but I can feel a long narrow dent on my head. Could it be the skin taking time to come out or my skull? I'm concerned. I never had signs of trauma or dizziness.
