Suggest Treatment For Frequent Painful Urination

My RGU test Report is BNO, can it be treated by medicine? My basic problems are 1. Freqent Urination, 2. Burning Sensation during Urination and 3. Poor Flow of Urine My age is 46 years. I do not want to go for surgery for next 4 years. Thanking you. Yours Jailendra

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is very common in old male. You should go for ultrasound abdomen to check exact size and volume of prostate. You should also check your serum PSA level. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Drugs like prazocin or tamsulosin and finateride are useful. These are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
