Suggest Treatment For Fever And Headache

my temperature has consistently ranged between 99.3 to 99.9 for about the last 3 weeks. Only other symptom is a headache I've now had for the last 3 days. Thought the headache was sinus related but not unsure. Is that normal to have that temp for that long?

Temperature and headache, I suggestive of infective causes related to head and nearby structures.
Sinisitis is highly suspected here, however other pathologies need to be ruled out.
An MRI brain scan is very much indicated.
Cinsudering the need for neurological examination and need for antibiotics, a consulation to local neurologist is advisable.
