Suggest Treatment For Fever And Abdominal Pain

my brother has had fever since saturday and on monday we took him to the doctor and they gave him amoxicilina because the throught scrape was positive but his feveer hasnt gone away and yesterday thursday we once again took him to the doctor but now since wed at night he had some pain in his right side of his stomach and yesterday the pain was around his belly button and the doct said that probably it was an appendix && Just incase it kept on hurting to take him to the hospital and now his temp is 99.9 and the pain in his stomach hurting still but now he doesnt want to eat what do you recommen to take his to the hosp. already or to wait to have another doct. appoinment??

This is the case of pyrexia of unknown origin and this demands lot of investigations to rule out the possible etiology, here first is typhoid this need to be first taken into consideration and investigation need to be done in this direction, with the right diagnosis and right choice of line of treatment this comes around very well, take care have a nice day.
