Hello,

You must be finding yourself in a difficult situation. How is your weight?
Your craving for food can be reduced if you take time to eat slowly with good chewing. You should not refill your plate for 20 minutes after you start. This is the time the satiety center in the brain gets to know you have eaten. Go in for foods that are bulky but low in calorie like green leafy vegetables and salads.
Some people with this kind of a problem eat to relieve their stress ( tension). Exercising is a good way to relieve stress.
If you get burning or pain in the tummy when you are hungry it is possible that you have acid peptic disease.
I shall be happy to answer if you have further queries
