i have recently suffered from dry eye on both eyes but put this down to computer use, However i have discovered that if I place my finger on left eyelid i can feel a small spot type lump on the eyeball above the pupil and the eye feels as if i have sand in it, Is this serious or something that happens from time to time and will subside. I have had a recent eye test for glasses and the result was good
