Suggest Treatment For Dry Eyes

i have recently suffered from dry eye on both eyes but put this down to computer use, However i have discovered that if I place my finger on left eyelid i can feel a small spot type lump on the eyeball above the pupil and the eye feels as if i have sand in it, Is this serious or something that happens from time to time and will subside. I have had a recent eye test for glasses and the result was good

excessive use of computer can give rise to dry eye and known as computer vision syndrome. it can also be foreign body so get eye examined by ophthalmologist. apply refresh eye tear drop three times daily-install anti glare screen in front of computer screen can use anti glare specs donot sit in front of computer for long time give break in between and move about and go near window to look out side and blink. staring look at computer tospreadof tear film over cornea.
