Suggest Treatment For Dry Eyes And Impaired Vision

Yes I have dry eyes and I m currently using over the counter systane eyes drops. I have been using it for about 6 years and now my right eye is blurred and I can hardly see. I decided to stop using it. Is there anything I can do to get my regular sight back? Thank youi

Ontreatment dry eye should improve. Other wise cause of such sevieour dry eye should be diagnosed. Pjo gren's syndrome should be ruled out. Diminision of vision may be due toeffect on cornea. eye doctor has to examine cornea. Refraction and fundus examination may be done.
