Suggest Treatment For Disturbed Sleep

when my mother was sick I stay with her and would get up when I heard her ring her bell ,It got to I just wake up all times of the night . when she past away I just cant stop doing it . I wake up so many time a night that I fall asleep setting up in daytime.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your mother and I can understand what you must be going through currently.

You are now probably suffering from insomnia. As you are not able to have a continuous sleep, you can consult a local doctor who can prescribe you a long acting benzodiazepine like Clonazepam or Nitrazepam to be taken on as and when needed basis.

These medicines can help you in getting a good long refreshing sleep.

Once your sleep cycle is back to normal, you can stop the medicine.

Please remember that benzodiazepine should not be taken for long duration as they cause dependence on them.
