Suggest Treatment For Cramps In Thighs And Knots In Foot
I experienced a cramping sensation...very painful...that wakened me from sleep. It seemed to be vascular or arterial...not muscular. The pain was in both inner thighs-- and 2hours later alternated but included knotting and pain of veins on the outer foot. The foot knotting was very painful as well. It took more than 2 minutes to subside.
