Hello I am a female aged 22 yaers; I have a recurring internal lump under my bust.chest wall. It recurs randomly and usually the size of the lump has been small. But this time, it appears to be big and very painful. Please could you assist in this matter? Thank you

The lump which comes and goes can be a form of a fibroadenosis.
Consult a Surgeon to get this clinically examined and tested with FNAC.
The best way is to get this excised . You get the disease out and also get a tissue diagnosis to confirm what it is.
