Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine

I m 55, finished menopause approximately 10 years ago. Noticed in this mornings urination what I thought was a speck or 2 of blood pieces, then didn t notice anything else until this evening. Now see thin layer of blood on tissue with roundness of a flat egg. No blood dripping out. I have been in physical therapy from a vehicle accident for months and within the last 2 weeks have been using the vibrawav (Shake machine) to strengthen my core. Wondering if this could be causing the bleeding or what could possibly be causing this. I do have to urinate often because I am also dieting and required to drink much liquids. I sustained back and neck injuries so both always hurting. I have had some form of IBS for a number of years. Had a gyn check up April 2014 but did not receive notice of any concerns.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have blood in urine. It can be urinary tract infection, stone in kidney or some in kidney or bladder. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder. It will give you exact idea. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
