My fingernail has scratched the white area of my eyeball and therefore there is a blood clot in my eyeball, I have applied ice cube on the exterior of my eye. What should I do next as emergency remedy since it is 2 in the night and there is no way I can get doctor's help immediately.

Hello
It seems from the history that you scratched white part of the eye with a finger following which you are having blood clot.
This is called as subconjunctival hemorrhage and it is because of collection of blood under the conjunctiva.
This is a self resolving condition and it will resolve over 1-2 weeks as the blood gets absorbed.
No treatment is required generally for this condition.
You can apply cold compression over closed eyelids as of now.

Thank you
