Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain Due To Renal Stones

HI ALL,
This is Vishal jain from udaipur rajasthan , Now working in bangalore as software engineer , I had undergone for an shock wave treatment for two stones in both kidney in may 2008 at RG stone clinic bangalore. Since one week I am feeling similar kind of pain in lower left abdominal and back. I went to urologist but due to Sunday he was not available but I want to know how to prevent this re occurrence I am worried if this comes again and again in every one and two years because it causes severe pain, today assistant of RG gave me pain killer injections and medicine URIMAX -0.4 MG capsules and asked me to come soon again.
please suggest me how to handle this for future . This pain is really hell. Thanks in advance.

doctor .
- In moderate pain condition , tablets with diclofenac , dicyclomine or else
from the urologist .

and certain dietary measures .
