General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. I hope diabetes and H-BP are under control.
The distension can be due to an intestinal obstruction. Get this confirmed by X-ray of the abdomen in standing position. Have ultrasonography of the abdomen to rule out other issues like Ovarian cyst , Cancer .
Diagnosis will lead to a definitive treatment.
