Suggest Treatment For A Painful Pimple On The Eyelid

My son had a pimple like thing show up on the inside of his upper eyelid and now there are two of them, he says it burns and is painful. Do you know what this is or what can I do to treat it? They both have a whitehead but I m not sure whether he needs to try and pop it, if it doesn t hurt too bad. What is this and what is the best treatment for it? Or do I need to take him to a doctor? It appears to be calazion or hordiolum. They are infected. Neosporine ophthalmic ointment is to to be applied. warm compression is to be given Should be examined by eye doctor. it may need exes ion.
