Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Elbow

I have a small raised area of skin right below my left elbow, it looks like a piece of cauliflower. About a 1/4 inch in diameter. I noticed it a few months back, could have been there longer. It doesn t seem to be spreading but it s not going away. Any ideas?
