I am a 44yrs old male and Suffering from uti for the past 5yrs this time in urine culture report the organism isE. Colin and bacterial count is 100000/CPU the doctor has advised me sparta200 mg two times a day for 2 weeks but I don't see any improvement .please advise

Drugs like levofloxacin, norfloxacin, cephalosporines are commonly used in UTI. But these all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Also check your blood sugar level once. because diabetes is the most common cause of recurrent urinary tract infection.
