Suggest Treatment For UTI With Blood In The Urination
Dear Sir,
I have been getting a terrible pain in my pubic bone everytime i urinate and i also saw traces of blood in my urine, i knew it was a u.t.i, and had a three day course of cital syrup and norflox 400, the pain subsided and things were fine for two days, now the medication is done and the pain returned, i feel frequent urge to urinate, that too very small amounts, and when that is done i 'm in so much pain that i can barely stand, this is now accompanied by cramps on my lower back. What should i do?

Possible causes are
1. UTI- needs to be documented by urine culture test and correct antibiotic course is necessary.
2. Stone- can be proved by scan and if present needs to be managed according to size and site .
3. Prostatitis- if both the above are not the cause, then this possibility exists and you need to consult a urologist for an early recovery,
