Suggest Treatment For PID And Staphylococcus Aureus In Urine

I had a severe pains @ the left side of my tummy. I went for scan. The result shows both ovaries normal but made mention of Hypoechoic. The final impression was PID. Though have not be told what cause the PID. I was asked to bring my urine for test which indicates Staphylococcus aureus. I can t get treatment because I m not place in the right track. What should do?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have pelvic inflammatory disease. Youmay also have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics according to sensitivity results. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
