welcome to HCM

Going through your description it appears as Bacterial conjunctivitis which could be of membranous type where in when the membrane is disturbed will eventualy cause bleeding.

Start with antibiotic eye drops such as moxifloxacin (one drop every hourly for 5 days)
along with Nevenac eye drops (one drop every 6 hourly for 1week).

Do take oral antibiotics and Nsaids(Aceclofenac) for faster recovery.

Do consult an ophthalmologist if it worsens

hope this helps
