Suggest Some Diet Plan For Proper Growth Of Facial Hairs

Hello all.. My name is giviansh.i belongs to india.my problem is that i m 17 years old but i dont have proper beard and moustache on my face...my facial hairs are not coming properly...there are some hairs on my cheeks &under my face...i want proper shape of facial hairs on my face..so can u please suggest me some diet...which can help me to grow proper facial hairs on my face...please someone suggest me and give me some tips...thanks :)

your age is 17 and in some guys growth is delayed due to hormonal problems.
Don't worry you will have proper hairs.
Consult any endocrinologist for hormonal tests and if deficient start treatments.
Take nutritional diet protein rich foodsmeans fish, eggs and beans.
Take proper rest.
Take 2 mg of biotin a day.
Some vitamin supplements also help like vitamins C, B6 and E as well as beta-carotene but please consult your doctor before to beginning a supplement.
