Suggest Safe And Effective Method To Lose Weight

I am 22 years old and over weight. I'm 5'5 and currently 197 lbs. I've been exercising and dieting since November and have ONLY lost 15 lbs. My original weight was 212lbs.
My measurements are chest 40", waist line 31" and hips 48". The biggest parts of my body are my arms, thighs and legs. I need help to lose weight because I am not shedding any weight from my problem areas.
What is the best prescription for my body type weight loss?
I'd really appreciate your advise!

I have gone through your concern. Being an Ayurvedist I would recommend you a diet chart along with some tips which you can add in your lifestyle and enjoy the change.
Tip 1. Take 10-15 gms of coriander leaves with its stalk. Wash it properly. Now grind it to paste in your mixer by adding little water to it. Consume this paste every morning empty stomach. After half an hour you can have your tea or water....whatever you want to have.
Tip 2. Take atleast 2-3 cups of green tea. If your get green tea without caffeine...that would be the best.
Tip 3. Do some exercise(ask your gym trainer) daily or Do a normal walk daily for 30-45 mins.
