Suggest Remedy To Reduce Weight

hii,,i m 21 n hv put on so much fats. my weight is around 105 kg & height is 169 cms, i did gyming n brisk walking for 6 months & after dat i gt reduce by 10 kg but after leaving it i cum bak to 105 again. kindly suggest me any diet chart or medicine to reduce my weight anyhow.

Well done with the activity you have done. That is the key, a life in movement and a good diet. This is a lifetime dedication. This is a lifestyle so you should get addicted to it. This is the key. You should burn more calories than you eat. It's simple math. I don't recommend you diet pills, you will lose weight and after that you will regain it in a blink of an eye. So dedicate yourself to a sport you like or be a gym member. Combine weightlifting and cardio. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Try to cut totally fats, saturated fats such as butter. Consume nuts and fish. Soon you will get results and as you will see your body changing you will get addicted to eat. You will adore yourself and your lifestyle.
