Hello It seems from the history that your 4 year old child is having refractive error of -2.50 and -3.0 in right eye and left eye respectively. This indicates that he is having myopia. No need to worry this is one of the common eye problem in children. The treatment is by use of spectacles. In children the refractive error may progress rapidly hence need to get eye examination at least once in 6 months so that any progression can be determined and corrected by appropriate glasses. Giving a diet rich in vitamin A like green leafy vegetables, carrot... will help in preventing the rapid increase in the refractive error.
Thank you
