Hello!
I think you can manage to reduce carbohydrates and eat a lot of proteins, fruits and vegetables. So you can take all the nutrients that you need for yourself and for your child so no problem. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. So you wool get the vitamins and minerals that you need. If you have time you can exercise, take a run for 30 minutes do sit ups at home, abs workout for 10-15 minutes every day.
Best regards.
