Suggest Remedy To Put On Weight

hey i am 23 years boy. but my weight is still 50 kg or below and also very thin so that i could not wear redimate shirt and pants. i eat timely and some months back i also join gym.but i am remain as i am. what should i do now to get a perfect shaped physic? and i want to know what will be my weight at this time?

Hi im dr.hema physiotherapist.

Your physic is determined by gene, diet, health illness.
If it is genetic we can't change.

Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, whole milk, eggs, wheat,nuts, banana (less water contentfruit with morecarbohydrate), dry grapes, yogurt,Olive oil in salads, cereals for breakfast.
Try to eat six times a day, with each meal (or at least three of them) containing protein, starch, vegetables and nuts.

Your diet should be rich in protein, you can go for protein suppliments orprotein shakes.A sample meal would include a turkey sandwich on whole-grain bread with mayonnaise and tomatoes and a fruit smoothie.
Eatt often and choose wisely, and you can expect to gain an average of half a pound to 1 pound per week.

Continue with gym on strengthening exercises increase the count gradually.

Take proper rest.

Join sports team be active.

Still you feel difficulty check your thyroid, blood count, worms after consulting your dr.
