Hello! Thank you for writing. I suggest you not to use anything at all, just a healthy diet and exercise. This is the key, nothing else. I can give you an excample of portions in base of your weight and height and I will suppose you train yourself 1-3 times a week. So you will lose about 2 kg per month in a healthy way.
Breakfast: 1 cup(250 ml)of 2%fat yogurt, one tablespoon of oat cereals, 6 almonds, one tablespoon of blueberries.
Before lunch: 6 almonds, one fruit for excample one kiwi/one Apple /half banane
Lunch: 200 gram fish , 1,5 cup(250ml) of salad, one slice of bread 30 gram
Before dinner: 100 gram yogurt 2%
Dinner: 2cup of salad, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 4 tablespoon of cottage cheese, one baked patatoe 30 gram. Since you are a medical student I calculate your calories you need for 1-3 times a week exercising( because I thought you don't have a lot if free time as you need to study hard). You can follow my advice as long as you dont suffer from any other disease especially
kidney disease> If so , better visit a nutritionist . Drink plenty of water, have faith and patience. You will achieve it. Thank you.
Best regards.
