Hi,Welcome to HCM Clinic.
You seem to have Calcified/fibroma after the healed hematoma which you had 6 years back on the buttocks.
Remedy-
Consult a Surgeon.
Get the USG to study its depth and nature of Lump.
Who would plan Surgical planned Excision Biopsy with plastic repair.
HPR report of the Biopsy would confirm its cause.
Hope this would help you to plan your treatment with your doctor and resolve this problem at the earliest.
Hit Thanks and Write Review if this reply helps and satisfies you,for the benefit of the needy patients at HCM like you.
