I am very thin and slim.. my life partner wants me to grow my weight, i did all the measures to grow my weight for 6 years but still my weight is reducing.. i want to grow fat, please don't suggest me to eat anything because am fed-up of doing it from 6 years now and no result has come yet.. please suggest me medicine drug to gain weight. otherwise my life will be a hell in future. please i want a medicine for gaining weight. i am 23 years old male, from bangalore, india.
My dear friend few people have virtue to be thin. The overall physic of the body is determined by genetic make up. So if your genetic constitutions has made to be thin then not a single medicine in the world can make you fat. One thing you can do is you can gain few pounds if you follow proper exercises & along with that proper diet too.
So get your diet chart prepared from prper dietician. You can have a supporst of the medications such as apetizer such asy syrup aptivate 2 tsf three times a day which may increase your hunger. You can also have some vitamin suppliments.
Increase the contents of food such as cheeze , butter, gheee etc. Join a gym & can have few protein suppliments as per dietician opinion.
But dont want to show false hope by this also you can gain upto 5 kgs not more than that.
